Manchester Square Partners advise Board and Executive team members at key stages in their careers.
We occupy a unique space between the worlds of senior recruiters and other advisors in helping people make decisions about the shape and context of their future career while providing tactical help and research in achieving their next roles.

While in the past there was more time and internal resource available for the skills of Board membership to be developed, there is now a real need to find external resources to enable the most senior people to fulfil their roles to greatest effect.
As a result, we work with individuals on their appointment to, or in preparation for, a Board or Executive team position. Specifically, we support newly appointed Chief Executives, Non-Executive Directors and individuals in the succession plan for a Board role.

Manchester Square Partners was founded in 2005 by Kate Donaghy and Michael Webber.
Their extensive business and executive search experience convinced them that even the most accomplished senior executives benefit from specialist guidance in making career decisions and achieving successful transition from one role to another. They have combined their market knowledge, networks and consulting skills to best effect for individuals at career crossroads and other key stages of career development.
We have built a team with experience of the critical factors influencing success in senior roles. Our backgrounds have made us familiar with the nature of senior executive and non-executive appointments and the demands such roles place upon their incumbents.
In addition to the founders, Elizabeth Coffey joined the team in 2007 to strengthen our Director Development business. Gary Laing joined from Egon Zehnder International to manage research, and Liz Bull joined from Whitehead Mann to manage the Partners and provide client support.
All our team shares the founders' commitment to deliver excellence to our clients, and to the principles of objectivity, integrity and initiative.

The firm is named after, but is not in, Manchester Square in Marylebone, London W1. This is a calm reflective space at the centre of the Capital's commercial hub in the West End. The trees, the architecture, and, on the north side of the Square, the artistic excellence of the Wallace Collection, inspire visitors and counter balances the commercial pressures of the surrounding area.
Manchester Square therefore symbolises what we offer our clients: a calm place to reflect, consider and plan in an environment where creativity and practicality come together.
Our clients are typically Board members, Executive team members or Partners of organisations of scale.
